Quality Education during COVID-19 pandemic
We've been in the midst of a
massive catastrophe since the start of 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused
damage all over the world. Today's education is not only a means of acquiring
knowledge. Through various websites and e-based platforms, any interested
person may now have access to vast amounts of data and information. Through our
practical experiences and hands-on trainings, we also learn from our own lives.
In short, education enables us to gain the information, abilities, ethics,
and perspectives we need to make critical choices, live decent lives, and play
active part in modern society.
Throughout the year, our
country's educational system did its best to offer us with high-quality
education. Modular, online, and hybrid learning were developed. However, the
system may be anti-poor at times, particularly in online classrooms. Many
students are unable to provide a reliable internet connection or enough
functional equipment. Some students must also take care of their homes and
provide for their families.
We've faced numerous problems throughout this epidemic, one of which is our schooling, which has been postponed for how many months. During the epidemic, many kids dropped out of school to help their family. Let us remember that not everyone is on the same boat. Let us be patient and considerate with our students. The same can be said about our teachers' labor, time, and effort in providing us with a high-quality education. Let’s help each other during this times.
“The voice of the intellect is a soft one, but it does not rest until it has gained a hearing. Ultimately, after endless rebuffs, it succeeds. This is one of the few points in which one may be optimistic about the future of mankind.”
-Sigmund Freud
I'm hoping that we are all safe during this pandemic and I'm also hoping that this pandemic will be over soon so we can go back to our face to face classes. So we can at least see our friends again and experience our time in high school.
